Michelle Caron
Owner, Director of Viveka Yoga, Strala Guide

Michelle is a certified Strala Yoga guide and she considers her practice to be a moving meditation; she is constantly flowing in and out of poses and places her emphasis on the feeling in her body rather than the “look” of the poses. Yoga has been a key tool in helping Michelle through her struggles with depression and body dysmorphia which she blogs about through the Viveka studio website.

Jade Salter
Yoga teacher and Massage Therapist

Beginning her career in movement as a contemporary dancer Jade found the importance of yoga and mindfulness in her life. Jade currently teaches from under the vast umbrella that is Hatha yoga, with a strong training and command of Yin. She also teaches meditation and is a registered Sports Massage therapist.

Fridays: 6pm-9pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 12pm-3:30pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm (break from 3:30pm till 5:30pm)

  • All payments must be received in full or payment plan established prior to October 1st.
  • The Early Bird price must be paid in full by June 30th 2018, no exceptions.
  • Trainees must complete a minimum of 200 hours of training in order to receive their official certification. If a training date is missed, it is the responsibility of the student to contact his/her teachers and arrange additional training time or make up sessions.
  • All registrations include unlimited access to Viveka’s regularly scheduled yoga classes (not including, workshops, series, prenatal, postnatal, massages or karma yoga).
  • Early bird registration includes a 20 class card which can be used in all regularly scheduled Viveka classes (not including, workshops, series, prenatal, postnatal, massages or karma yoga). This card must be used prior to the start of training (October 12th 2018).
  • Cancellation Policy Prior to October 12th 2018: A $300 non-refundable deposit will be withheld. Balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Policy After October 12th 2018: The $300 non-refundable deposit + $215 per weekend of training completed will be withheld. The balance will be refunded.
  • Trainees are required to bring their own yoga mats, supplies and purchase their own books from the recommended reading list. All yoga accessories (bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps) will be provided.
  • Video and audio recordings of the training are strictly prohibited.
