Owner, Director of Viveka Yoga, Strala Guide
Michelle is a certified Strala Yoga guide and she considers her practice to be a moving meditation; she is constantly flowing in and out of poses and places her emphasis on the feeling in her body rather than the “look” of the poses. Yoga has been a key tool in helping Michelle through her struggles with depression and body dysmorphia which she blogs about through the Viveka studio website.
Yoga teacher and Massage Therapist
Beginning her career in movement as a contemporary dancer Jade found the importance of yoga and mindfulness in her life. Jade currently teaches from under the vast umbrella that is Hatha yoga, with a strong training and command of Yin. She also teaches meditation and is a registered Sports Massage therapist.
15 weekends from October 12th 2018 till May 12th 2018
Saturdays & Sundays: 12pm-3:30pm and 5:30pm-7:30pm (break from 3:30pm till 5:30pm)
